Each itinerary can be fully customized to match your travel dates, flight timings, and personal interests—you can easily extend your stay in certain destinations or shorten others as you prefer.

Once a tour catches your interest, just share your contact details with us. One of our travel specialists will get in touch at a time convenient for you to better understand your preferences and expectations. From there, we will guide you step-by-step, assisting with itinerary adjustments, confirmations, and the entire booking process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

If our existing journeys do not align with your vision, we will be delighted to craft a bespoke experience exclusively for you.   • To confirm your journey, an advance payment is required, typically 75% of the total tour cost. The remaining balance is to be settled at least 30 days prior to your arrival in India.

           In certain cases—such as peak season bookings, luxury trains, or exclusive properties—                full payment may be requested in advance.

           Payments can be made via international bank transfer or PayPal. Alternatively, the full     amount may also be settled before arrival by card or upon arrival in India via cash or Visa/Mastercard (a small processing fee may apply for card payments).

In the event of a cancellation, a 10% service fee will be retained, in addition to applicable cancellation charges based on the timing and services booked.

For journeys that have already commenced, refunds will be limited and subject to the individual policies of hotels and service providers. Unused services—including accommodation, transport, or meals—are non-refundable.

For cancellations made in advance on confirmed services, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable terms and returned to the original payer.

You may apply for your Indian visa through the official online portal or by contacting the nearest Indian Embassy or High Commission in your country. They will guide you through the required formalities and documentation.

Travel insurance is not included in our tour packages. We strongly recommend that you arrange comprehensive coverage in your home country to protect against medical emergencies, cancellations, loss of belongings, or any unforeseen circumstances.
